Ingredients
1cup Ice, 2oz Sour Apple Liqueur, 1.5oz Apple Vodka, 1oz Green Apple Sports Drink, 0.5oz Lemon Juice, 2pieces Sour Apple Rings, 0.5cup Candy Corn, 1cup Whipped Cream-Flavored Vodka, 4oz Orange Juice, 2oz Whipped Cream, 0.5cup Red Cinnamon Candies, 1cup Whiskey, 0.25cup Corn Syrup, 0.25tsp Red Gel Food Coloring, 2tbsp Red Sanding Sugar, 4oz Ginger Ale, 0.5cup Water, 0.5cup Sugar, 3leaves Fresh Sage Leaves, 3oz Pomegranate Juice, 2oz Mezcal, 1oz Simple Syrup, 1piece Dry Ice, 1stick Cinnamon Stick
Instructions
1. To make the Sour Apple Concoction, add 1 cup of ice, 2 oz of sour apple liqueur, 1 1/2 oz of apple vodka, 1 oz of green apple sports drink, and 1/2 oz of lemon juice to a shaker. Shake well.
2. Pour the mixture into a beaker and garnish with 2-3 sour apple rings on a straw.
3. To make the Candy Corn Cocktail, combine 1/2 cup of candy corn and 1 cup of whipped cream-flavored vodka in a measuring cup. Let it infuse for 1-2 hours.
4. Strain the infused vodka to remove the candy corn.
5. Pour 4 oz of orange juice into a martini glass. Gently layer the candy corn-infused vodka over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect.
6. Top with 2 oz of whipped cream and a few pieces of candy corn for garnish.
7. To make The Vampire, combine 1/2 cup of red cinnamon candies and 1 cup of whiskey in a measuring cup. Let it infuse for 30-60 minutes.
8. Strain the infused whiskey to remove the candies.
9. In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup of corn syrup with 1/4 tsp of red gel food coloring to create a "blood" rim for the glass.
10. Dip the rim of a glass into the red syrup, allowing it to drip down the sides, then dip into 2 tbsp of red sanding sugar.
11. Add 1 cup of ice, 2 oz of orange juice, and 2 oz of the infused whiskey to a shaker. Shake well.
12. Pour the mixture into the prepared glass over ice and top with 4 oz of ginger ale.
13. To make the Spicy Smokey Potion, combine 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 2-3 fresh sage leaves in a saucepan. Heat until the sugar dissolves, then let it cool to make a sage simple syrup.
14. Strain the sage simple syrup to remove the leaves.
15. Add 1 cup of ice, 3 oz of pomegranate juice, 2 oz of mezcal, 1 oz of sage simple syrup, and 1/2 oz of lime juice to a shaker. Shake well.
16. Place 1 piece of dry ice in a glass. Pour the cocktail over the dry ice for a smoky effect.
17. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and 2-4 fresh sage leaves.
