Steamed Egg with Minced Pork

1tbsp cornstarch, 1tbsp oyster sauce, 0.5tsp salt, 1few shakes white pepper, 2tbsp water, 5oz minced pork, 1tsp oil, 2stalks green onions, 3large eggs, 9oz warm water
Instructions
1. Make the marinade by mixing 1 tbsp of cornstarch, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1/2 tsp of salt, a few shakes of white pepper, and 2 tbsp of water in a bowl.
2. Add 5 oz of minced pork to the marinade and mix thoroughly.
3. Add 1 tsp of oil to the marinated pork and mix it in.
4. Chop 2 stalks of green onions into small pieces.
5. Pour 1 tsp of oil into a dish and spread it along the bottom.
6. Spread the marinated pork evenly on the bottom of the dish.
7. Crack 3 large eggs into a measuring cup and beat them thoroughly. Add 1/2 tsp of salt and beat again.
8. Add 9 oz of warm water to the beaten eggs and mix well.
9. Place the dish with pork into a wok with water and steam on high heat for 5 minutes.
10. After 5 minutes, uncover the pork and pour the egg mixture over it through a sieve.
11. Cover the dish with a plate and steam for 5 minutes on high heat. Then turn off the heat and let it cook for 3 minutes with residual heat.
12. Uncover the dish, check if the egg is cooked. If not, turn the heat back on high and steam for another 3 minutes. Then turn off the heat and let it cook for 2 minutes with residual heat.
13. Remove the steamed egg from the wok and garnish with chopped green onions.
