Tyler's Bull
Ingredients: Lamb, Leek, Shallots, Butter · 20 min cook time · 585kcal · ₩35,000
Ingredients
3ribs Lamb, 1stalk Leek, 2ea Shallots, 100g Butter
Instructions
1. French and cut the lamb into double chops. For a screen-accurate version, only use three ribs.
2. Slice the leek. Do not use the entire unwashed leek due to dirt.
3. Haphazardly chop the shallots, some with the skin still on.
4. Drop a big hunk of butter into a too-hot pan.
5. Once the butter is melted and maybe slightly burnt, add the shallots and leeks to the pan. Allow them to cook for an indeterminate period until softened.
6. Add the lamb amongst the vegetables, attempting to nestle it down so it can boil in butter and at least gesturally be cooked.
7. Cook for about 3 to 5 minutes, just enough time for the lamb to pick up some nice gray color. It should definitely not be cooked through.
8. Plate the lamb and vegetables. No seasoning or garnish is necessary.
