Ingredients: Pasta, Water, Rock salt or sea salt, Sauce · 20 min cook time · 350kcal · ₩5,000
Ingredients
400g Pasta, 4l Water, 1tbsp Rock salt or sea salt, 500g Sauce
Instructions
1. Get the largest pot you have and fill it with a lot of water, about 3/4 or more of the pot.
2. Wait for the water to boil.
3. Once the water boils, add 1 tablespoon of rock salt or sea salt.
4. Add the pasta and cook according to the instructions on the packet. Start a timer to keep track of the cooking time.
5. During the first minute the pasta is in the water, stir it to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
6. In the next 9 minutes, you can stir it again once or twice if desired.
7. At minute eight, check your pasta by tasting it to see how it's cooking.
8. At minute ten (or according to package instructions), take out one more piece of pasta and try it. It should be al dente, meaning it has a bite but isn't stuck in your teeth or raw.
9. When the pasta is ready, do not leave it in a colander. Transfer it straight into your prepared sauce. Ensure your sauce is ready when the pasta is cooked.
